This bright duplex in Castelao, Hospitalet de Llobregat, offers an ideal combination of indoor comfort and outdoor spaces to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. On the ground floor, the living-dining room stands out for its spaciousness and natural light, and connects to an integrated kitchen, separated from the social area for greater functionality. The living room opens onto a private two-level terrace: a lower area perfect for relaxing, and an upper level with a dining table, chairs, and sun loungers, ideal for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing during the day.
On the upper floor is the sleeping area with three bedrooms. The master bedroom is a suite with a private bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are also exterior and bright. There are also two additional full bathrooms and a separate laundry area for everyday convenience.
The apartment is equipped with ducted air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, and everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay. In addition, an optional parking space is available at an additional cost, and the building has a terrace and communal pool. It also accepts families with children, making it a versatile option for different needs.
Located in a well-connected residential area, it has easy access to the Provençana metro station (L10S) 3 minutes away and several bus lines, as well as supermarkets, shops, and other neighborhood services.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
