You will be the only other occupants in the building aside from us. The rent includes the outgoing - electricity, water, rubbish collection, internet and heating.

Please note: 4th-floor walk-up (no lift); not suitable for children, pets, or the elderly. We also require security deposit of 3000 Euro.

This penthouse has been recently renovated and decorated by an Australian artist and designer (myself). The unique blend of coziness, elegance, openness, & artsy flair creates a one-of-a-kind stay. We named it "Sun Oho! Penthouse". Thanks to its two large L-shaped balconies, the penthouse is blessed with natural light and open views — perfect for snow watching and stargazing.
