Minimum stay: 3 Months. We are subletting our bright large city apartment while we are on a longer stay abroad. The place is ideal for families, but can also be used as shared apartment. It is located in a popular neighborhood close to the university, with lots of parks, coffee shops, little shops, and playgrounds. Easy accress to public transportion.

The place itself is super quiet. It's owned and operated by the church parish next door. Windows go out east to the church garden, a space that is like a little park, hidden and quiet.
