Our apartments in Graz, Austria, measure 20 to 28 square metres and some even come with their own little garden. Every apartment has its own kitchenette and private bathroom. Fully furnished, you can use the desk and the highspeed internet to study all night; or use the roof terrace, community living room and the club room to party until the sun rises. In whatever way you decide to spend your time, don’t forget to check out the 24/7 gym and laundry lounge! All amenities are included in the rent, as is monthly cleaning.

Our Graz building is close enough to the city centre to feel the pulse of life. Within 15 minutes you can reach all the universities and colleges, within 5 minutes you are at the lovely Volksgarten park, to be active, hang out or go for a picnic. Another motivation to live in our Graz building is the proximity to the main train station, making it makes it easy to reach the clubs, restaurants, and bars in the city centre.

N.B. All rental contracts can only begin on the 1st of each month and end on the last day of each month. Even if a tenant checks in within the month (e.g., on the 16th of the month), he will have to pay for the whole month.
