Designed for comfortable stays from 1 to 12 months, the apartment features two large double bedrooms, a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Whether you're moving to Florence for work, university, a master's program, an Erasmus exchange, or simply looking for a temporary home, you'll find everything you need to settle in from day one.

Located on the third floor (no elevator), the apartment offers charming views over the historic market square while providing a quiet, comfortable, and functional living space. High-speed Wi-Fi, generous rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen make it an excellent choice for remote workers, professionals, researchers, postgraduate students, couples, and families relocating to Florence.

To make your stay even more comfortable, bed linen and towels are provided at the beginning of your stay as part of the apartment’s amenities, allowing you to settle in right away and enjoy your time in Florence without worrying about household essentials.

Many of our guests initially book for just a few months and then decide to extend their stay. If you would like to remain longer, we will be happy to discuss a renewal directly together and find the most suitable arrangement based on the length of your stay.
