Appartamento su un livello in stile contemporaneo (80 mq) può ospitare fino a 4 persone con due camere da letto e due bagni.
Si viene accolti da un piccolo corridoio d’ingresso che conduce alla cucina con angolo pranzo provvisto di tavolo per 4 posti.
A sinistra dell’ingresso si trova la prima camera da letto (con due letti singoli 90 cm larghezza - accorpabili) con cabina armadio e bagno ensuite completo di doccia.
Tornando nuovamente al corridoio d’ingresso si prosegue oltre la cucina e si trova il secondo bagno, anch’esso completo di doccia. Alla fine del corridoio si trova la seconda camera da letto (con due letti singoli 90 cm larghezza - accorpabili). In entrambe le camere da letto si trova una TV a schermo piatto.
L’appartamento è silenzioso in quanto affaccia su una corte interna.

In this building you will find two apartments. The first one is called "Valentina", which is located on the third floor, without lift - 60 steps to climb, and the second one is called "Giulia", which is located on the fourth floor, without lift - 70 steps to climb. Its central location is excellent as it is just a stone's throw from the Basilica of Santa Croce. From here it is easy to reach the most famous monuments of Florence such as the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. Furthermore, the Santa Croce area is full of restaurants and typical shops where you can taste and buy Florentine specialties.

The apartment is built on one level in a contemporary style (80 sq.mt / 861 sq.ft.) It can accommodate up to 4 people with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The apartment opens onto a small entrance corridor that leads to the kitchen, which has a dining nook with a table for 4 people.

Going back to the entrance corridor, going past the kitchen you'll find the second bathroom, which also has a shower. At the end of the corridor there is the second bedroom (with two single beds 90 cm wide - can be combined). In both bedrooms there is a flat-screen TV.
The apartment is quiet as it overlooks an internal courtyard.
