Monolocale molto silenzioso perché affacciato su una piacevole corte interna ed è arredato ponendo cura ad ogni dettaglio.
Ideale per una coppia, per soggiorni di breve periodo, per un soggiorno romantico in una della culle dell'arte.

Terme Suite: situato al secondo piano.
Appartamento moderno ed accattivante situato a Firenze in zona Duomo. Ideale per affitti di breve periodo. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone, ha 1 camera da letto e 2 bagni completi.

Terme Terrace: situato al terzo piano.
Appartamento moderno, grazioso e dotato di terrazza ottima per il relax. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone, ha 2 camera da letto e 2 bagni completi.
Situato al terzo piano, con ascensore, di un palazzo collocato in via delle Terme.

Appartamento con 2 camere da letto in stile moderno misto ad antico (90 mq) può ospitare fino a 4 persone ed ha 2 bagni. Appena entrato l'ospite scopre subito il soggiorno, l’area pranzo, un bagno con doccia e la cucina perfettamente attrezzata che si apre sul terrazzo panoramico ed è anche collegata ad una comoda zona lavanderia. La zona notte include: una piccola camera con due letti ottima per i bambini, una camera matrimoniale ed il bagno en suite con doccia. I pavimenti sono tutti in cotto ed il soffitto con travi a vista. Ideale per una famiglia con bambini per soggiorni di breve periodo.

The building is completely renovated and, thanks to the lift, you can access three apartments:

Very quiet studio apartment since it overlooks a pleasant internal courtyard and it is furnished with attention to every detail.
Ideal for a couple, for short-term stays, for a romantic stay in one of the cradles of art.

Terme Suite: located on the second floor.
Modern and captivating apartment located in Florence in the Duomo area. Ideal for short term rentals. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms.

Terme Terrace: located on the third floor.
Modern, charming apartment with terrace that is perfect for relaxing. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Located on the third floor, with lift, of a building located in via delle Terme.

The apartment (90 sq.mt. /968 sq.ft.) has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and can sleep up to 4 guests. There is a living room, dining area, bathroom with shower and well equipped kitchen that opens onto a panoramic terrace and is also attached to the useful laundry area. The bedrooms include: a small bedroom with two small bunk beds and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. There are terra cotta floors throughout the apartment. Ideal for a family with children looking for a short term rental. We recommend this apartment to those who want to live in a welcoming apartment, that quickly makes the guests feel at home and that invites them to visit the marvelous city of Florence.
