Situato al terzo piano, senza ascensore ( 53 scalini), di un palazzo collocato in via delle Conce. Questa zona è ottima per chi cerca una posizione molto centrale a due passi da Santa Croce e dal delizioso mercato di S.Ambrogio. La zona è ricca di ristoranti multiculturali ed è famoso per la movida notturna.

3 camere da letto in stile moderno (140 mq) può ospitare fino a 6 persone ed ha 2 bagni di cui uno senza wc, oltre ad un box doccia sul soppalco. L'ospite verrà accolto dal salotto d'entrata la cui finestra si affaccia su via delle Conce. Da qui un corridoio si snoda e guida fino al secondo salotto, sulla destra, fornito di TV a schermo piatto e comodi divani. Tornando in corridoio sulla sinistra si trova il primo bagno completo. A dritto si scopre l'ampia sala da pranzo che collega le parte restanti dell'appartamento: la cucina ben attrezzata, le due camere da letto (una matrimoniale ed una doppia) ed il secondo bagno completo di box doccia. Dalla sala da pranzo si possono infine salire delle scale che portano al soppalco che ospita la terza, ed ultima, camera da letto matrimoniale. Qui vi è un grande spazio ricavato dal sottotetto che può servire per appendere gli abiti e mettere le valige, un ripostiglio con lavatrice e lavandino ed un pratico ed ampio box doccia. Tutte le camere danno sugli interni e sono silenziose in quanto solo il salotto iniziale si affaccia sulla strada. Le opere esposte sono di artisti contemporanei toscani suscettibili di cambiamenti in rapporto ad esigenze espositive.

Located on the third floor, without elevator (53 steps), of a building on via delle Conce. This area is perfect for those seeking a central location just a few steps away from the church of Santa Croce and the delightful open market known as "Sant'Ambrogio". Here you will find many multicultural restaurants and a lively nightlife.

The apartment (140 sq.mt / 1506 sq.ft) has 3 bedrooms, can host up to 6 people and has 2 bathrooms ( one is without toilet) plus a sink and a shower on the loft. The guests will be welcomed by a nice living room whose window overlooks via delle Conce. From this room a corridor will lead you to the second living room, first door on the right, equipped with flat screen TV and comfortable sofas. Back in the corridor if you open the door on the left you will find the first complete bathroom. At the end of the corridor there is a spacious dining room from which you can reach the other rooms of the first level: the fully equipped kitchen, the other two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other one with twin beds) and the second bathroom with shower. From the dining room you can climb a flight of stairs that leads to the loft that is home to the third, and final, bedroom with double bed. Under the roof you will find a large space that can be used to hang your clothes and to store your suitcases. On this level there is also another little room with washing machine, sink and a spacious shower. All rooms overlook an internal couryard therefore they are pretty quiet. The apartment's paintings are made by contemporary artists from all over Tuscany. They could change depending on the exhibition agreements taken with the owner.
