We changed few things in the flat, this is why u see 2 versions of the flat.
In the video u see the old version. We bought a new double bed (1,20mx2m).

Price is for 1 person, for the second person we charge another 100€ per month for the extra expenses.
Bed is small (1,20m) we just bought a new one.

very well located - very central - all u need is around the corner
Train, tube and bus just around the corner. Airport 15 minutes.
Kö and Altstadt (Old Town) 10 minutes by foot or bike
direct bike road
the famous and trendy Ackerstreet 3 minutes (Flingern)
Zooviertel (Grafenberger Allee) is a high standard very good residential area to live in

all drug stores, pharmacies and supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and a park for jogging

Additional information:
Furniture can be adapted to tenants, extra furniture in basement, landlords very flexible, we want a long-term rental.
We get/buy all what u need, so that u feel cosy and at home.
