This bright apartment on Travessera street, in Cornellà de Llobregat, offers a comfortable and well-connected experience for those who come to work or study temporarily in the metropolitan area of Barcelona. The living-dining room is spacious and cozy, equipped with a sofa, television and a dining area with a table for four. From here there is access to a private balcony with unobstructed views of the city, perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, ideal for day-to-day living.
The master bedroom has a double bed, desk, chair and ample built-in closets. A few steps away is one of the bathrooms, equipped with a practical and modern shower. At the opposite end of the floor, there is a second double bedroom with closets, desk and chair, and a third bedroom with single bed, also equipped with study area. - The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
