I`ll be working outside of Germany for about 3 months and therefore subletting my appartment.
The lovely medium-sized flat is a perfect location for a couple or a single person. It's located on the first floor in central Cologne on a quiet side street. It's been refurbished in 2020, there is new wooden flooring, a new kitchen, etc., and it is very bright due to the big windows.
The bedroom is equipped with a student-style bed: a new and comfortable French bed (140 x 200 cm) on a slatted frame.
In the spacious south-facing living room, you can relax on a leather sofa, enjoy dinner in the dining area, or work on the desk next to George, the giant monstera plant. Through the big windows of the living room and connected balcony, you have a great view of a park.
The flat has Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen (except for a microwave). The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, a washing machine and a hair dryer. The surrounding area of the flat is calm, and in the summer, you'll hear plenty of birds in the morning.

Nippes is a central, lively, and friendly borough. The nearby High Street (Neusser Strasse) offers everything you will need, including supermarkets, restaurants, shops,...
It's close to the Rhein (7 minutes by bike, bike rental scheme available) as well as being close to tube station Lohsestrasse (7 minutes walk), which gets you in 2 stops to the main station.
It's a 25-minute walk to the main station and the famous cathedral "Dom".
