The 32 sqm apartment is modern and comfortable furnished. There is a new kingsize bed (1,80 m x 2m). It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, hob, coffee maker and a kettle. It has a small bath with a bathtub.
A TV and free WiFi are included.

On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 66.00 per week possible.

The apartment is located in the modern centre of Cologne in the popular Belgian Quarter. The quarter offers everything you can expect from Cologne in the immediate vicinity: from the traditional brewery and exquisite restaurants to bars, nightclubs and many small individual shops. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment, however, is located in a quiet corner of the quarter and is ideal for working people or students.

From the tram stop Friesenplatz (350 meters) there are underground lines that go in all directions. Cologne ́s main station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) is only 20 minutes walking distance.

City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from all our guests.

Please note that there is a bar on the ground floor of the building and this apartment is on the 1st floor. It can get loud during the evening specially on the weekends.
