The flat is very calm as it is facing the interior yard of our house, no street noise - even when You are at the downtown. We are on the first floor, we have an elevator starting from 1/2 floor so you have to take stairs also. The flat is cool as not suffering from direct sunshine over the very hot summer days and an AC is also inserted to cool it down quickly.

We can install You a study desk and a "gamer" chair.
