The rent includes everything, except electricity and hot /cold water. In order to stipulate the rental contract we ask for a copy of ID, a university invite/work contract/other reason for relocation to Bologna, plus parental guarantee if you are a student. You also need an Italian Tax code, which we can help you to obtain.
