The studio-flat is divided into different living areas: kitchen/day-time and night-time. There is also a small balcony next to the kitchen. It's on the internal side of the building so very quiet. The apartment is brand new.

There is everything you need for your stay in Bologna without bringing anything from home: kitchenware, bed linen, towels, hair-dryer, iron, wi-fi.
The rent includes everything, except electricity and hot /cold water. In order to stipulate the rental contract we ask for a copy of ID, a university invite/work contract/other reason for relocation to Bologna, also parental guarantee if you are a student. You also need an Italian Tax code, which we can help you to obtain.
