Featuring inner courtyard views, the apartment offers a peaceful atmosphere.

The apartment will be provided with towels and bed linens.

All utilities are included in the monthly rent (electricity, gas, unlimited wifi internet, water, waste disposal tax, flat bill), but we will set a maximum cap (generally €200-250/month) in the contract to prevent energy waste and excessive consumption. With normal usage, you won't incur additional costs.

Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay.
