All rooms are equipped with wardrobes and desks to accommodate student use of the apartment. The apartment is also equipped with a kitchen with 2 refrigerators and everything needed for preparing meals, a pleasant terrace overlooking the city and 2 bathrooms (one complete with bathtub, one with only a toilet and sink. unlimited internet wifi The apartment will be delivered clean and prepared with towels and bed linen for each bed and host.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 400-450€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
