Spazioso appartamento posto al 2° piano con ascensore e situato poco fuori dal centro in zona comoda alla stazione e dotato di ampio ingresso con 2 poltrone, cucina completamente attrezzata con tavolo da pranzo e divano, 2 bagni, di cui uno completo con doccia e vasca ed uno di servizio con lavatrice, 4 camere da letto, di cui 3 matrimoniali ed una singola, tutte dotate di armadiatura ed angolo studio/lavoro, 2 balconi, stanza guardaroba/ripostiglio, aria condizionata e wifi illimitato. L'appartamento sarà dotato di asciugamani e lenzuola.

Tutte le bollette sono comprese nel prezzo mensile (luce, gas, internet wifi illimitato, acqua, tassa sui rifiuti, flat bill) ma nel contratto metteremo un tetto massimo (generalmente 300-400€/mese) per evitare sprechi di energia e consumi eccessivi. Con un consumo normale, non avrai costi aggiuntivi.
