Elegant and spacious newly renovated apartment located in a quiet street in the historic center of Bologna. Able to accommodate up to 8 guests, it has a double bedroom, a double sofa bed in the large hallway at the entrance, a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, two single beds in a large room with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 complete bathrooms, a private garden equipped with table and chairs, unlimited Wifi, air conditioning, towels and linen included.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.

Administration Fee Box:
The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations.
