Equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a private terrace with table and chairs, a bathroom with a spacious shower, a washing machine, air conditioning, and unlimited Wifi, the apartment will be supplied with towels and bed linens.

All utility bills are included in the monthly rent (electricity, gas, unlimited Wifi internet, water, waste disposal tax, flat bill), but we will set a maximum cap (usually €300-350/month) in the contract to prevent energy waste and excessive consumption. With normal usage, you won't incur additional costs.
