Welcome to this charming apartment, recently renovated and centrally located within the historic center of Bologna. Situated on the first floor, this apartment offers convenience and comfort.

As you enter, you'll step into a bright living area featuring a double sofa bed and a TV. The sleeping area is divided into two separate spaces: one with a double bed and a desk, and the other with a single bed and a desk separated by a sliding curtain.

The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning, and stay connected with unlimited wifi internet access. A video tour of the apartment is available, and it will be supplied with towels and bed linens for your convenience.

All utility bills are included in the monthly rent (electricity, gas, unlimited wifi internet, water, waste disposal tax, flat bill), but we will set a maximum cap (usually €200-250/month) in the contract to prevent energy waste and excessive consumption. With normal usage, you won't incur additional costs.
