Equipped with a double bedroom, double sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, double HD TV, exit to a spacious private terrace, unlimited Wifi internet, air conditioning.
The apartment will be equipped with towels and linen.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
