The private bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, and a combined washing and drying machine for your convenience. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi internet access, a hairdryer, and an iron.

A private parking lot is located approximately 300 meters from the studio, suitable for standard-sized personal vehicles (up to 5 meters in length). Reservations are required, and additional fees apply. There are also several public short-term parking spaces on the street, payable at parking machines. The nearest public parking garage is on Trdinova ulica.
