Das Apartment in der Zinsgutstr. in Berlin Adlershof besteht aus drei getrennten Zimmern, die sich auch gut als WG eignen. In den zwei großen Zimmern können jeweils zwei Personen schlafen und in dem kleinen Zimmer noch eine Person, so dass bis zu 5 Personen in der Wohnung Platz finden. Darüber hinaus gibt es eine große Wohnküche und ein Badezimmer mit Fenster und Badewanne. Ein Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Adlershof stellt eine "Stadt für Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft, Medien und Wirtschaft" dar und befindet sich nahe der Stadtautobahn und des Flughafens Schönefeld.
Alle wichtigen infrastrukturellen Einrichtungen, wie Buse, Tram, S-Bahn, Schulen, Kitas, Supermärkte, ect. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das Apartment eignet sich bei längeren Aufenthalten für 4 Personen. Bei kürzeren Aufenthalten sind auch 5 Personen möglich.
