The flat is located in a beautiful old building from the Wilhelminian period and will be renovated or rather maintained after a top renovation. It is situated in a garden house behind the main house, which is particularly quiet because of its location. There is another garden adjacent to it, in which the terrace belonging to the flat is located. The garden does not belong to the flat, but is not used by anyone else.

This is followed by the sought-after Schöneberg neighbourhood on Akazienstraße with many nice cafés and restaurants where you can get something to eat until midnight. The well-stocked Rewe market on Hauptstraße is also open from 7:00 a.m. to midnight.
