The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious bed with a cold foam mattress, wardrobe, and ample storage options. The apartment is equipped with:

Bathroom with bathtub shower
WiFi hotspot with broadband connection

Elevator for convenience
Optional parking spaces available in the building's parking lot or underground car park (additional charge of €150)

Following the completion of the booking, residents are required to submit copies of their ID card, employment contract, and salary certificate for verification. Special regulations apply for students, necessitating national guarantees or advance payment of the entire rent. Upon request, we are pleased to issue a landlord's certificate.

Move-ins are limited to working days (Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.), and move-outs are scheduled for the end of the month. Customized requests can be considered.
