We rent our large, bright apartment in beautiful Lübars (Reinickendorf) with good connections to public transport. The approx. 128 m2 maisonette apartment is located at Öschelbronner Weg 23, on the corner of Wittenauer Straße. It has a total of 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms.
The maisonette apartment has two entrance doors, one on the 1st floor (upper floor) and another on the top floor (attic).
The combination of a newly renovated, open kitchen and spacious living-dining area on the 1st floor invites you to a cozy get-together. The living room has direct access to the sunny balcony. On the 1st floor there is also another room that can be used in many ways, as well as a bathtub.
The spiral staircase in the living-dining area leads to the attic. There the gallery opens up, where you can sit comfortably on the couch and watch the clouds pass by through the skylight. From here you have access to two spacious rooms that can be used as bedrooms or children's rooms. Various supermarkets are within walking distance - Aldi, Kaufland, Edeka, Denn's, Bio Company -, further shopping facilities (Nordmeile, Heinsestrasse, Obi hardware store), numerous restaurants, doctors, pharmacies as well as playgrounds, daycare centers and schools. You can find peace and relaxation in the nearby Klötzbecken and in the beautiful Tegeler Fließ in Alt-Lübars, which can be reached on a long walk, jogging or by bike in a few minutes. The extensive meadows, pastures, fields and the historic village center in Lübars characterize the rural flair on the outskirts of the big city.
For quick connections to Tegel - shopping, leisure activities, restaurants - as well as downtown Berlin or the main train station, you can use the numerous bus connections within walking distance (120, 220, 122) or the nearby S- / U-Bahnhof (S1, S26, U8).
