This is a fully furnished flat with a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes.
The apprtement is equipped with washing machine, cooking utensils and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung/ Registration is possible.

The monthly rent price is all-inclusive, covering rent, heating, water, and internet.
However, radio and TV taxes (Rundfunkbeitrag) are not included and must be paid separately by the tenant.

Our minimum contract period is 2 months.
