7) Final cleaning fee: Room 185€; Studio 185€; 2 room 270€; 3 room 350€
8) 7% Surcharge is applicable for short-lets (duration of less than 6 months)
9) For rental durations of more than six months, the deposit can be paid in three installments.
10) Seurity deposit amount needs to be paid before the move-in date
