Alexanderplatz is 3 stations away with S Bahn.
Bus and Tram stops are literally at your door-step. You do not need a car, because the public transport connections from this point are so good that you can reach most parts of Berlin under 20 – 25 minutes. East, West, North and South : All parts of Berlin are accessible very easily.
The apartment is absolutely beautiful. A spacious Living room with a road-facing Balcony, spacious bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a storage space: 55 sq. meters in total.
It is a furnished apartment with refrigerator, washing machine, Vacuum Cleaner, beds and mattresses, Kitchen, Oven, storage racks and other furniture. Protected Car parking is available (with an additional contract).
The apartment is on the 3rd Floor. (An elevator is NOT available).
It is one of the best localities to live in. Very safe. Very clean. Quiet and Calm. Best for small families with a kid(s). There are many good Kitas and schools in the neighborhood. The very beautiful Spree river bank promenade, behind the Hauptbahnhof is at a 5 minute of walking distance.
Supermarkets are also nearby, including the ones inside Hauptbahnhof, which are available on Sundays too. Really, you cannot have a more convenient apartment.
Tenants will get a rental contract in their name. Anmeldung is possible.
