Our Bronze apartments are fully furnished and perfect for student life. You’ll have a comfy bed, your own private kitchen, an en-suite bathroom, and a dedicated study space with a desk and chair. There’s also a big wardrobe and plenty of storage for all your stuff. Plus, high-speed WiFi and all-inclusive rent mean no surprise bills—just move in and make yourself at home.
You will also have access to shared spaces like the gym, lounge, study rooms and communal kitchen: all included in your rent. Tierpark is conveniently located – just a 2-minute walk from the U-Bahn, tram and bus stops, close to shops, and just around the corner from the University of Applied Sciences (HTW). Any questions? **Early termination before the end of the agreed rental period is not possible. An exception is if you have been Ex-matriculated or have finished your studies. This must be proven within 2 weeks.
** *Tenants must vacate the apartment one week before the end of their rental period to allow time for cleaning and maintenance before the next tenant moves in, unless they are extending their stay.
A small pro-rata discount will be automatically applied to the final month's rent and shown on the invoice.
