Type of contract: The deposit and the first and last full month's rent must be paid in advance. The indicated price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to two persons. For each additional person 100,- Euro per person and month will be charged. In addition to the rent, every month 300,- € of minimum prepayments for the consumption costs of water (cold/hot), heating (gas) and energy must be paid monthly. The prepayment covers the cost for normal, usual consumption. This agreement ensures that water and energy are used in a sustainable manner.
