Two bedrooms, one with a 180cm wide futon that can be rolled up and works as a sofa as well. It has a great oak desk, a very large closet, a printer and most what you need for comfortable living. The small bedroom also has great 160cm wide bed, with a huge storage beneath, a small desk, shelfs etc. The apartment works well for two people that work from home. The big sleeping room also works wonderfully as a therapy or coaching room with a seperate bathroom and separé to close off the living room.

Here you have a full city package in 3 row to the river spree with Treptower Park and Ostkreuz Sbahn very close, as well one of the most vibrant and alive parts of the city, a bike ride away. A forest (Plänterwald) is also only 15 min away by bike. A tired but functional adventure bike is also included in the price if needed.
