The indicated price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to three persons. For each additional person 100,- Euro per person and month will be charged. This amount generally covers the costs for normal, customary consumption. If the consumption costs exceed the advance payments due to excess consumption, the difference must be paid by the tenant (rule of reasonableness).
