Barcelona welcomes you to this charming 48m2 apartment so you can enjoy your stay from day one. Full of natural light, well distributed and in an exclusive location, with all the shops and services you need very close by.
The living area features a lovely living and dining room with a sofa, TV, and a table for four. It also has a balcony with city views.
The kitchen is separate and has been fully equipped so that you will find everything you need when cooking. You will find all the necessary appliances such as oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster and coffee maker.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms. The main bedroom is a double with wardrobes and is very bright; the second is a single bedroom with wardrobes, a table and chair, and access to a balcony. Finally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartment has heating, air conditioning and high-speed wifi.
It is very close to all kinds of shops including supermarkets, medical services, banks, schools and much more, with multiple bus stops and the nearest metro station is Hospital Clinic (L5) 4 minutes away
The location is ideal, in the Eixample district. The area is very quiet and residential, consistently ranking among Barcelona's most popular neighborhoods. It's well-served with all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and numerous squares and parks nearby.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
