Next to the living room is a study area with cupboards, a table, and a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, ideal as extra space or for working or studying in peace.
The night area includes a bright double bedroom with wardrobes and a calm atmosphere. The bathroom is complete and features a shower tray.

In addition, it is very close to the Ronda de Dalt, providing easy access to the city and its metropolitan area.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
