This short-term rental apartment combines comfort and functionality in a quiet location in the northern part of the Gràcia neighborhood. The living-dining room, filled with natural light, features sofas, chairs, and a television, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxing or spending time together. Nearby is the dining area, with a table for four, perfect for enjoying meals by the window in the bright sunlight.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and utensils, is accessible from both the dining room and the bedroom. An additional space with a table and chair in the hallway provides a comfortable area for working or studying.
The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: a bright, exterior double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, and two single bedrooms, also with built-in wardrobes. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. In addition, the apartment has a separate laundry area.
The apartment is equipped with heating and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.
Located near Ronda del Guinardó, it offers excellent road connections to the rest of the city and the metropolitan area. The Alfons X metro station (L4) is just a 7-minute walk away. Nearby amenities include supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, bars, and restaurants. The Parc de les Aigües and Parc Güell, beautiful green spaces ideal for strolling or relaxing, are also just a few minutes away.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
