It is a spacious apartment, perfectly located and renovated. It is located in the heart of Eixample Esquerra, a few steps away from Paseo de Gracia.
The apartment has 67 m2 is on the 2nd floor and is fully furnished and equipped. The day area consists of a wonderful living room with exit to a nice balcony where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city.
The apartment has an open kitchen to the living room fully equipped (appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils).
The night area consists of 3 large and bright rooms, one of them en-suite and two full bathrooms with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and TV. It also has WIFI which is included in the rental price.
The location is ideal, in the Eixample neighborhood. The area is very quiet and residential, it is always one of the favorites of Barcelona. It is very well supplied with all kinds of stores, restaurants and bars, supermarkets, as well as squares and parks located in the surroundings.
La Rambla and Paseo de Gracia, 2 of the most important streets of the city are located a few minutes from the apartment, where you will find urban and tourist landmarks such as the houses of the architect Gaudi, as well as a wide range of stores and fashion boutiques. The apartment is located close to Enrique Granados Street, known for the wide variety of trendy bars and restaurants that open their terraces to the street.
A 4-minute walk away is the nearest station: "Provença" (L6, L7, S1, S2, S5, S6, S7), which is part of the Railway network and connects you to the outskirts of the city. And 6 minutes away is the "Passeig de Gràcia" station (L2/L3/L4).
