As for public transport, the nearest metro station is Sant Antoni (L2) and Urgell (line 1) less than 5 minutes walk, and Paralel (L3) 10 minutes walk, plus several bus lines that connect quickly with the whole city, and the Aerobus just 3 minutes walk, perfect if you plan to go to the airport.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
