With surfaces ranging from 22m2 – 29m2 gross (17m2 -23m2 net), the blue studios are the smallest apartments in the building. They have a modern design, ideal layout, are bright and consist of an open space with kitchenette and bathroom. They have a double bed, wardrobe and desk with ergonomic chair. Their kitchen includes a stove and refrigerator. The bathroom has a spacious shower with a glass door, and a sink with a cabinet. The apartment has a fireproof door, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning for cooling-heating, solar water heater, 43” TV, built-in LED lighting, double energy-efficient windows, blackout curtains, thermal insulation and soundproofing. Some studios have a small balcony.

The space is fully furnished and equipped, suitable for work, rest and daily living without any extra worries. All you need is your suitcase.
