The apartment is situated in the calm and peaceful village of Porto Brandão, a quick 10-minute hop across the river from Lisbon via ferry or taxi boat. The village is surrounded by woodland and nature but with easy access to FCT-UNL and Egas Moniz, Caparica and Almada. There are regular bus services to the shops and metro at Monte Caparica (or a 15 minute walk or a quick Uber ride). Easy access also to Trafaria and the beaches of Costa da Caparica and Fonte de Telha. The village itself has a café and restaurants.

Electricity, water and fast, fibre Internet are included in the price as well as free lemons from the tree! A regular clean will be carried out every two weeks (cost to be paid by the tenant). A one-off clean when you leave the property is obligatory.
