This apartment is located in a prime location in Athens, just a 4-minute walk away from the University of Economics, the National Archaeological Museum, and Exarchia district. It is also conveniently located 6 minutes away from the Victoria Metro stop.

The apartment is 27 sq meters, situated on the ground floor, with only 3 stairs to the entrance, making it easily accessible for all. It is an open-plan, air-conditioned apartment that consists of 1 double bed, 1 bathroom (with washing machine / dryer), a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge, and a dining area that can also double as a workspace.Closet is at the entrance of the studio along the hallway

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, washing machine / dryer , providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment was fully renovated in 2020, ensuring that all facilities are modern and up-to-date.

There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self.

We provide 1 pillow and 1 blanket.We do not provide bed sheets , towels or small electric appliances like hair dryer, water kettle etc.
Wi-Fi up to VDSL 50 mbps.

There is a FIXED monthly cost for utilities , (please CLICK on the monthly price that says "exclude bills, deposit required" to see full analysis of all costs). Note that the utility called "GAS" is the cost of building expenses. There is no gas or central heating. We use Air condition for heating / cooling

A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected.
Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number)
