Welcome to our private apartment located in the heart of the Pangrati area, just a stone's throw away from the center of Athens.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor and boasts a lovely private yard where you can enjoy some fresh air and relaxation. Inside, the apartment is fully renovated with modern amenities and furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay for our guests.

The apartment includes 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a semi-double sofa bed. There is also a kitchen and a dining area with a desktop where you can enjoy your meals. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.

The nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to explore all that Athens has to offer. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, our private apartment in Pangrati is the perfect base for your stay.

Kitchen is equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience)There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self.

We provide 1 pillow and 1 blanket.We do not provide bed sheets , towels or small electric appliances like hair dryer, water kettle etc.
Wi-Fi up to VDSL 50 mbps.

There is a FIXED monthly cost for utilities , (please CLICK on the monthly price that says "exclude bills, deposit required" to see full analysis of all costs). Note that the utility called "GAS" is the cost of building expenses. There is no gas or central heating. We use Air condition for heating / cooling

Please note that we do not operate 24/7. Check in is not available on Weekends , holidays or after 19.00

A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected.
Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number)
