The stylish bedroom features a large double bed (including duvets, pillows and bed linen upon request) and offers a beautiful view over Stuttgart.

The spacious living room provides plenty of room to relax on a large sofa (convertible into a sofa bed) and includes a TV (with cable connection), generous storage space and a unique Balinese wine rack.

The bright and fully equipped kitchen-living area includes a dishwasher and washing machine and offers seating for up to 6 people at the dining table. It comes fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, blender, dishes, pots and all essential kitchen utensils.

A small balcony connected to the kitchen invites you to relax in the summer and enjoy sunsets over Stuttgart – with even enough space for a small herb garden.
