Apartment

We currently live in this apartment as a couple and will be going abroad together for 12 months starting in April. Therefore, the apartment will be completely available.

The apartment itself is very bright and spacious.
We would sublet the apartment fully furnished, so you don’t need to bring any furniture. It is currently furnished as follows: a bedroom with a large bed and wardrobe, a home office with two workstations, a large living room with a dining table and a sofa area, and an additional dining table in the kitchen.

It would be great if you have a green thumb, as we have many plants in the apartment and would love to leave them here during this period.

There is a large balcony as well as a shared inner courtyard that is used together with the other residents.
The building community is relaxed and family-like.

Location

The apartment is centrally located in Deutz.
In just a three-minute walk you can reach the Suevenstraße tram stop (lines 3 & 4), or in seven minutes the Deutz Freedom stop (lines 1, 7 & 9). Deutz train station is reachable in 10–15 minutes on foot, from where you can get anywhere easily.

Within five minutes you can reach Deutz Freedom with supermarkets (Rewe, Penny & Denn’s), a post office, and many other shops such as DM, flower shops, hairdressers, etc.

In about seven minutes you can walk to the Rhine and enjoy the sunset there :)

The airport is also very easy to reach from here (15 minutes by public transport), making the apartment suitable for commuters as well.

Wohnung

Wir wohnen aktuell als Paar in dieser Wohnung und gehen ab April für 12 Monate gemeinsam ins Ausland. Die Wohnung wird daher komplett frei.

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön hell und riesig.
Wir würden die Wohnung möbliert untervermieten, ihr müsst also keine Möbel mitbringen. Aktuell ist die Wohnung wie folgt eingerichtet: Schlafzimmer mit grossem Bett und Schrank, Arbeitszimmer mit zwei Home Office Plätzen, grosses Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Sofaecke, in der Küche steht auch nochmal ein Esstisch.
Es wäre super, wenn ihr einen grünen Daumen habt, da wir sehr viele Pflanzen in der Wohnung haben und diese auch gerne in dem Zeitraum hier lassen würden.

Es gibt einen großen Balkon sowie einen Innenhof, der gemeinsam mit den anderen Hausbewohnern genutzt wird.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist entspannt und familiär.

Lage

Die Lage ist zentral in Deutz.
In drei Gehminuten erreicht ihr die Haltestelle Suevenstraße (3&4) oder in 7 min die Haltestelle Deutzer Freiheit (1,7 & 9). Den Deutzer Bahnhof erreicht ihr in 10-15 min und von dort kommt ihr überall hin.

In 5 min erreicht ihr die Deutzer Freiheit mit Supermärkten (Rewe, penny & Denn's), einer Poststation sowie vielen weiteren Läden wie DM, Blumenläden, Friseure etc.

In ca. 7 min seid ihr zu Fuß am Rhein und könnt hier den Sonnenuntergang genießen :)

Am Flughafen seid ihr von hier aus auch super schnell (15 min. mit der Bahn) also auch geeignet für Pendler.
