- Administrative Fee - Adm Fee will not be refunded in the event of cancellation by the tenant
- Deposit and last month's rent to be paid directly through Housing Anywhere up to 48 hours before check-in.

🚫 House Rules:
- Visitors are allowed from 8:00 to 22:00. Overnight visitors require prior authorisation and may incur additional costs
- Parties or gatherings need landlord approval and agreement from all residents
- Quiet hours enforced from 23:00 to 07:00 in accordance with Portuguese legislation.
